Asia Bibi, a farmworker and mother of five, has been convicted of violating the laws by insulting the Prophet Mohammed, and has been sentenced to death. The image depicts the children trying to remove her face cover so they could see her face, prior to her court appearance in October.

The lower image is album art which was censored in the US; an article here. The uncensored image shown, above the first, is an oil painting titled L'Origine du Monde, by Gustave Courbet, painted in 1866, which hangs without notice, warning or caveat in the Musee d'Orsay, Paris France.

Cover art for Yesterday and Today was banned in 1966; Two Virgins was sold in an altered form (covered in brown paper) in 1968. Certain of the songwriter's lyrics were also controversial: Woman is the Nigger of the World was banned in 1968; his employment of the word 'fuck' was censored in Working Class Hero in 1970.
